1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with Sonosfera. If for any reason you are not happy with your subscription, we offer a fair and transparent refund process in line with UK consumer protection law.

2. Free Trial

There is no charge during your free trial period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed. No payment details are required to start a trial.

3. Monthly Plans

  • 14-day cooling-off period from your first payment, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You are entitled to a full refund if requested within this period.
  • Full refund if you request a cancellation within 14 days of your first payment.
  • No partial month refunds after the 14-day cooling-off period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Cancel anytime to stop future charges. You will continue to have access until the end of your paid period.

4. Annual Plans

  • 14-day cooling-off period from your purchase date. Full refund available within this window.
  • Pro-rata refund for unused complete months after the cooling-off period may be issued at our discretion.
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@sonosfera.app with the following details:

  • Your account email address
  • Subscription plan (monthly or annual)
  • Date of purchase or most recent payment
  • Reason for refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund process
